Together, we will move through three phases to help you reconnect to the flow of energy in and around you. Using cognition, breath, movement, feng shui principles and non judgmental awareness, we will not only discuss and review current structures but will also rearrange and cleanse space.

I will be with you every step of the way and provide guidance and tools for feelings and thoughts that may arise throughout this process.

Phase I

Consultation (1.5 hrs)

Together we:

- discuss goals & needs
- identify creative blocks
- review current routines, patterns and habits
- review physical and mental structures

Phase II

Implementation (8 hrs)

Together we:

- rearrange physical space, which may include decluttering, cleaning, painting and interior designing

- discover new mental structures

- develop and practice new routines with accountability

- reconnect to the flow of creativity using breath, awareness and movement

Phase III

Check In (1.5 hrs)

Together we:

- review goals & needs

- observe, acknowledge and practice non judgemental awareness of changes

- celebrate the movement of energy !
